APMFCS will assist you developing a treatment plan that focuses on you and your family's needs and goals. Many treatment plan models include 5-12 sessions and are usually focused on:

  • Short-term counseling and interventions

  • Learning Coping Skills

  • Helping you to identify your problem area and creating goals to achieve personal growth

     Many times, we will allow our negative thoughts and emotions to control our actions. I will assist you with learning how to identify, challenge, and change these negative thoughts, negative emotions and negative actions that often lead to negative consequences.


     I understand how life stresses and events can cause the average person to react impulsively, against ones better judgement.  I have experience treating people from all walks of life from working in public, private, and State inpatient hospital.  I use complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques that will assist in identifying behavior patterns, negative perceptions, unknown sadness, anxiety, and other mental health disorders that may be holding you back from experiencing a healthier life. In a private, comfortable, and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to therapy and treatment to each client’s individual needs.


     I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and utilize CBT as my main modality.  I also specialize in various therapeutic modalities to provide a tailored, individualized approach for each unique client: 

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy 

  • Crisis Intervention 

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Family Focused Therapy (FFT)  and CBT for Trauma Therapy, among other intervention types.
